[Johannesburg, 5 August 2008] – AccTech Systems, Gold certified Microsoft partner and Softline Accpac business partner of the year, has received a total of nine finalist nominations in the annual Microsoft Partner Programme Awards. With their nine nominations, AccTech Systems is the Microsoft partner with the most nominations going into the gala dinner to be held on 7 August during Microsoft’s annual partner summit.

“The Microsoft Partner Programme Awards recognises partners that have excelled in delivering Microsoft solutions over Microsoft’s fiscal year,” says Tertius Zitzke, MD of AccTech Systems. “We’ve put in a tremendous amount of effort into our Microsoft division and we are very proud that AccTech has come out tops as the partner with the most nominations,” says Zitzke.

Their nine African partner summit nominations follow shortly after AccTech’s success on the international Microsoft stage. At the Houston, Texas Microsoft World Partner Summit held earlier this month, AccTech scooped a second place in the category Worldwide Partner of the Year – Enterprise Project Management. The local winners will be announced during the Microsoft partner summit conference, to be held at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli Convention Centre (Durban ICC) from 6-8 August.
