Core data, such as job profiles, form the bases of all HR processes and practices. It provides standard templates for job profiles, minimising time, effort, and costs. Pre-configured profiles can be uploaded within the SAGE 300 People system and is available in PDF and Word format. It enables effective recruitment, performance management, succession planning and employee/ leadership development practices. The job content in an be uploaded to HCM systems to enable HCM system functionalities.
